1. Our commitment
The Proactive Group Limited wants as many people as possible to be able to use this website. We have designed it with accessibility in mind and aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
2. What we have done
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure on every page
- A visible "skip to main content" link and clear keyboard focus indicators
- Full keyboard operability for navigation, menus, accordions and forms
- Text and interface colours chosen to meet WCAG contrast requirements
- Descriptive link text, ARIA labels where appropriate, and labelled form fields with clear error messages
- Respect for the "reduced motion" preference — animations are disabled for users who request it
- A responsive layout that supports zoom up to 400% and works across screen sizes
3. Known limitations
The embedded Google Map on our contact pages is provided by a third party and may not be fully accessible; the office address is always provided in text alongside it. If you find any other part of the site difficult to use, we would genuinely like to know.
